Գիրքը, որը կոչվում է “Լրագրողական էթիկայի կանոնադրություն (Հոդվածների վերլուծություն)”, իրենից ներկայացնում է վրացական մամուկում տպագրված 20 հոդված, որոնք մանրամասնորեն վերլուծված են համաձայն լրագրողական էթիկայի կանոնների:

Գիրքը հիմա հավաքագրման փուլում է: Ընդհանուր հաշվով կհրատարակվի 300 օրինակ և անվճար կբաժանվի տարբեր համալսարաններին: Համացանցային տարբերակը հասանելի կլինի www.cdi.org.ge կայքում:

Today the Baku Court of Appeals releasedAdnan  Hajizade 10 months early on parole. He was arrested and charged with hooliganism along with fellow blogger and youth activist Emin Milli in July 2009, when they appealed to police as victims of an assault. They were later convicted and sentenced to 24 and 30 months’ imprisonment respectively. Hajizade and Milli are widely considered to have been arrested as a result of their civic activism and video blogging. Shortly before their arrest, Hajizade had appeared in a satirical online video which criticised the Azerbaijani government’s high expenditure on two imported donkeys from Germany.

The Iranian authorities accused two arrested German journalists in espionage against the Islamic Republic, says Spiegel. The journalists had been arrested after they had tried to have an interview with the son of Iranian citizen Sakine Aschtiani, who had been sentenced to death through lapidation for marital betrayal.

On Monday, November 15, the journalists were broadcasted on TV and said that they “accept their mistakes”. The AFP agency says, the voice of journalists could not be heard and the translator claimed that it was all Mina Ahadi’s fault, who is the press-secretary of anti-lapidation committee in Germany.

The Iranian authorities accuse the journalists in entering the country with tourist visas but intended to work as journalists.

Ինչպես հայտնում է Spiegel-ը, Իրանի իշխանությունները Իսլամական հանրապետության դեմ լրտեսության հոդվածով մեղադրանք է ներկայացրել ձերբակալված երկու գերմանացի լրագրողների դեմ: Լրագրողները ձերբակալվել էին հոկտեմբերին այն բանից հետո, երբ փորձել էին հարցազրույց վերցնել իրանուհի Սաքինե Աշտիանիի որդուց: Այդ կինը ամուսնական դավաճանության համար դատապարտվել էր մահվան`քարկոծման միջոցով:

Նոյեմբերի 15-ին լրագրողներին ցույց են տվել կենտրոնական հեռուստատեսությամբ, որտեղ նրանք հասարակայնորեն “ընդունել են իրենց սխալները”:  AFP գործակալության խոսքերով` լրագրողների ձայնը չէր լսվում, իսկ թարգմանիչ-հաղորդավարը պնդում էր, որ լրագրողներն ամբողջ մեղքը բարդում են Գերմանիայում բնակվող Մինա Ահադիի վրա, ով Գերմանիայում հակաքարկոծման հանձնաժողովի քարտուղարն է:

Իրանական իշխանությունները մեղադրում են լրագրողներին այն բանում, որ նրանք, օգտագործելով տուրիստական վիզաներ, մուտք են գործել երկիր լրագրողական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու նպատակով:

The Azerbaijanian “Alma” newspaper will restart publishing with new staff and in new format, said the founder of the newspaper Ilkan Hasanov to Media Forum.az. On November 6 the printing of the weekly «Alma» was stopped. The reason for this was the malcontent of the society concerning the article about Prophet Mohamed. Ilkan Hasanov said though that the halt is not conditioned with any pressure from outside: “The printing was stopped on my own decision as founder. We decided to freeze temporarily the publishing of the newspaper, and later restart the «Alma» in new format and with new staff. The dated of forming the editorial staff are being discussed yet».

Today “Hraparak” newspaper reporter Gayane Babayan got hit by Hyundai (06 ОО 147) on David Anhakht street at around 9:50 p.m. Yerevan time.

After crash the driver — Vahan Yeghiazaryan took her to the hospital, but she died on the way, photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed NEWS.am.

Policemen, including the Chief of Yerevan Road Police Arsen Arshakyan have arrived at the scene. Inspection of the accident scene is carried out.

Yerevaan, 2 February 2010, OSCE Press Release – The winners of an annual competition for journalists reporting on women’s accomplishments in Armenia’s political, economic and social life were announced today. The second annual Na/Ne (S/HE) contest was co-organized by the OSCE Office in Yerevan as part of its activities to increase the role of women in Armenia’s public and economic life, and the British Council, as part of its Wo/Men in Politics project funded by the British Embassy in Yerevan.

Some 70 media outlets took part in the contest. An jury composed of representatives from the media industry and gender organizations selected winners in a range of categories, including best TV, radio, print and online entries, as well as the best blog posts and the best advertisements. “A key challenge in Armenia is that the skills and talents of women are not fully utilized. It is thus very important that the media raises awareness of the roles that women can play in public and economic life to help move Armenia forward,” said Ambassador Sergey Kapinos, the Head of the OSCE office in Yerevan.
