2014 was an important and productive year for “Journalists for the Future” (JFF) NGO. This year our projects were mainly addressed to the raise of level of the Internet literacy in Armenia, particularly in the field of cyber security and privacy. For this purpose we organized a number of workshops for journalists and CSO representatives, conducted media surveys in the field of information security, prepared a new handbook and completed Armenian translation of the “Mediactive” book by new media guru and well known American journalist Dan Gillmor.

We launched the collection process of materials necessary for the multimedia stories within the framework of the “Neighbors by Destiny” project. The JFF staff was recruited by new employees joining journalists, lawyers, media experts, translators, designers, photographs and students under a common roof. We obtained new partners and supporters.
