Կիզակետում են լրատվության նոր մեդիա միջոցները.

«Լրագրողներ հանուն ապագայի» ՀԿ-ը նոյեմբերի 26-28-ն Աղվերանում կկազմակերպի «Զանգվածային լրատվության նոր մեդիա միջոցները» թեմայով եռօրյա սեմինար-ճամբար լրագրրության դասախոսների համար։

Մասնակիցների շարքում են Հայաստանի շուրջ 8 պետական և ոչ պետական բուհերի լրագրության ֆակուլտետների 15 դասախոս։ Սեմինարը կվարեն Լիտվայից և Վրաստանից հրավիրված՝ հաղորդակցության, լրագրության և առցանց ռեսուրսների փորձագետներ Ջուգաս Պարսոնիսը և Անա Կեշելաշվիլին։

Դասընթացի նպատակն է լրագրություն դասավանդողներին ներկայացնել այլընտրանքային մեդիա միջոցներն ու մասնագիտական գործունեության մեջ դրանք կիրառելու հնարավորությունները:

Դասընթացի մասնակիցներն ինչպես տեսական նյութերի, այնպես էլ գործնական պարապմունքների միջոցով կուսումնասիրեն ու կքննարկեն թվային միջավայրում ԶԼՄ-ների փոխակերպմանը, սոցիալական ցանցերի ազդեցությանը և առցանց տիրույթներում հաղորդակցության ձևերին ու կանոններին վերաբերող բազմապիսի թեմաներ։

Փորձագետները մասնակիցներին կներկայացնեն ունիվերսալ լրագրողին անհրաժեշտ նոր մեդիա տեխնոլոգիաներն ու դրանց ընձեռած հնարավորությունները նաև դասավանդման գործընթացում՝ հարստացնելով հայաստանյան բուհերի դասախոսների մեթոդական բազան։

«Լրագրողներ հանուն ապագայի» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ նոյեմբերի 2-ից մեկնարկեց «Համացանց. հաղորդակցության հավասար հնարավորություն խուլերի համար» խորագրով չորսամյա դասընթացը: Ծրագրի նպատակն է համացանցի միջոցով նպաստել խուլերի և լսողության խնդիրներով անձանց ինտեգրմանը հասարակությանը: Դասընթնացների արդյունքում մասնակիցները ձեռք կբերեն լրագրողական և լուսանկարչական գիտելիքներ, ինչպես նաև առցանց միջոցներից օգտվելու հմտություններ:

Ըստ ծրագրի ղեկավար Սուրեն Դեհերյանի, ծրագիրը միտված է խուլերի համար հավասար պայմանների ապահովմանը հասարակության լայն շրջաններում: «Մենք ցանկանում ենք ծրագրի մասնակիցների միջոցով ստեղծել հաղորդակցության նոր և կայուն կամուրջ խուլերի և ժեստերի լեզուն չհասկացող անձանց միջև: Իսկ այսօր` շնորհիվ նոր մեդիա տեխնոլոգիաների, դրա հնարավորությունը կա: Եթե խուլը չի խոսում, դա չի նշանակում, որ ասելիք չունի: Նա կարող է գրել, լուսանկարել և իր խոսքը փոխանցել համացանցի միջոցով, ինչը հավասարազոր է խոսելուն», – ասում է Դեհերյանը:

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:27:]]12 մասնակիցների և դասավանդողների միջև շփումը ապահովում է ժեստերի թարգմանիչը: Առաջին դասի ընթացքում մասնակիցների «լսող աչքերի» փայլը ակնհայտ կերպով ցույց էր տալիս նրանց ոգևորությունը դասընթացի նկատմամբ:  Մասնակիցներից Անուշը իրեն արդեն պատկերացնում է իբրև լրագրող: «Ես ցանկանում եմ հարցազրույց վերցնել»,- չթաքցնելով իր ոգևորությունը` ժեստերով փոխանցում է 21-ամյա Անուշը:

A conference on “Young Journalists’ Consolidation for Media Independence” took place on October 30 in Tbilisi. Throughout the conference, organized by the Journalists for the Future NGO (JFF), media representatives from Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan discussed a number of issues concerning media independence.

The conference purpose was to consolidate professional and young journalists who are concerned in the issue and ready to use their experience and skills in favor of the media stabilization and the democracy establishment in the region. “Our task is to create a favorable atmosphere for communication and cooperation between journalists of three countries. Consolidating we want to jointly participate in solution of problems related to freedom of speech and promote unbiased coverage of the events in the region,” said JFF President Suren Deheryan.

Presentations on “Efficiency of Application of Social Networks and Blogs in New Media” were represented by conference participants from three countries. Also issues regarding students’ professional education at journalism departments of universities and job acquisition were raised.

TODAYS ZAMAN/BURSA/TURKEY/18.10.2009. As the northwestern province of Bursa hosted a historic soccer match between the national soccer teams of Turkey and Armenia, journalists from the two countries used the opportunity to exchange ideas on the coverage of news related to each others’ countries. Researchers from both sides noted that there are the “same ills” and “similar problems” in the media of the two countries. One problem that the media in Turkey and Armenia suffer from is that they often follow the “official” agenda.

Armenian and Turkish media experts who met at a conference on Oct. 13-14 shared the results of their study “Armenian-Turkish Relations in the Armenian and Turkish Media,” completed through cooperation between the Eurasia Partnership Foundation based in Yerevan and the Global Political Trends Center (GPOT) based in İstanbul.

The survey of the Turkish press during September and April of 2006, 2007 and 2008 included five dailies — Hürriyet, Sabah, Radikal, Yeni Şafak and Zaman. The survey of the Armenian press included three dailies — Hayots Ashkhar, Aravot and Haykakan Zhamanak — and two news Web sites — PanARMENIAN.Net and A1plus.am — in the same time period.

Journalists for the Future NGO has been conducting a research project since July of 2009. The project’s purpose is to assess the accuracy and bias in Armenian print and electronic media when covering Armenian-Turkish relations.

Throughout the research the organization will study articles of three print and two electronic Armenian media newspapers regarding Armenian-Turkish relations in 700 issues published between 2006-2009 in April and September.The organization will also organize focus groups, participants being media and NGO representatives, as well as policymakers, aiming to gain a perspective regarding the level of accuracy and bias in news coverage regarding Turkey in Armenia.

The proposed research will be conducted within the framework of the Eurasia Partnership Foundation program “Reducing Media Bias in Armenia and Turkey” and is supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The same research is also being conducted in Turkey and is headed by the Global Political Trends Center (GPoT), the partner of Eurasia Partnership Foundation.

Այս կապակցությամբ ուզում ենք հիշեցնել Հայաստանի բարձրագույն իրավաբանական ուժ հանդիսացող ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 27 հոդվածը, համաձայն որի, յուրաքանչյուր ոք ունի խոսքի ազատության իրավունք, ներառյալ՝ տեղեկություններ և գաղափարներ փնտրելու, ստանալու, տարածելու ազատությունը, տեղեկատվության ցանկացած միջոցով՝ անկախ պետական սահմաններից:

ԼՀԱ-ն դատապարտում է սույն թվականի մայիսի 31-ին Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ընթացքում լրագրողների նկատմամբ կատարված բռնություններն ու ոտնձգությունները և կոչ անում իրավապահ մարմիններին` ձեռնարկել միջոցներ բոլոր միջադեպերի մեղավորներին հայտնաբերելու համար:
Համաձայն մեր ուսումնասիրությունների Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ընթացքում մի շարք տեղամասերում բռնությունների են ենթարկվել կամ խոչընդոտվել է առնվազն 10 լրագրողների մասնագիտական աշխատանքը:

Journalists for the Future (JFF) expresses its concern about the recently increased debates over the journalists’ non professional behavior among the society and the efforts to circulate the draft law restricting freedom of the media. Thus we would like to remind Article 27 of the RA Constitution – supreme juridical force – according to which “everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression including freedom to search for, receive and impart information and ideas by any means of information regardless of the state frontiers. Freedom of mass media and other means of mass information shall be guaranteed”.

JFF condemns acts of violence and encroachments upon the journalists during Yerevan City Council Elections May 31, 2009 and calls on law enforcement bodies to undertake measures to reveal the perpetrators of all the incidents. According to our studies at least 10 journalists have been subjected to violence with their professional job being hampered during Yerevan City Council Elections at a number of polls.
